Complying with US Export Control Regulations Checklist

A Checklist of the main considerations when exporting goods from an export control law perspective, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR), US trade and economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the antiboycott laws administered by both the Office of Antiboycott Compliance (OAC) within the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the US Commerce Department and the Treasury Department's Internal Revenue Service. This resource is currently being updated to reflect changes required by final rules published by the BIS and the US Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), which revised key terms in the EAR and the ITAR and went into effect on September 1, 2016.
