Jackson Lewis: California Employment Discrimination Law Protects Military and Veteran Status | Practical Law
This Law Firm Publication by Jackson Lewis LLP discusses the amendment California Governor Jerry Brown recently signed to the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) to include military or veteran status as a class protected from employment discrimination.
