US Supreme Court

The US Supreme Court posted court orders regarding amendments to the Federal Rules of Appellate, Bankruptcy, Criminal, Civil and Evidence, adopted by the Court and reported to Congress by the Chief Justice.

First Circuit

District of Massachusetts

Judge Richard G. Stearns added a standing order regarding notices of related actions.

Second Circuit

Southern District of New York

Western District of New York

The US District Court for the Western District of New York amended its CM/ECF rules. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Third Circuit

District of Delaware

The US District Court for the District of Delaware updated its electronic filing tips.

Fifth Circuit

Middle District of Louisiana

The US District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana added a witness fee of $40 to its fee schedule.
The court also updated its instructions for admission.

Eastern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas revised its local rules and provided a summary of the changes.

Western District of Texas

The US District Court for the Western District of Texas revised its attorney admission form.

Southern District of Texas

Seventh Circuit

Central District of Illinois

The US District Court for the Central District of Illinois added an administrative order authorizing full-time and recalled magistrate judges in the US District Court for the Southern District of Iowa to serve in the adjoining Central District of Illinois, and vice-versa.

Northern District of Illinois

The US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois posted a notice for general bar admission for new Illinois attorneys.

Eighth Circuit

District of Minnesota

The US District Court for the District of Minnesota and the U.S. General Services Administration renamed the courthouse located at 118 South Mill Street as the "Edward J. Devitt United States Courthouse and Federal Building."

Ninth Circuit

Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit updated its attorney admission instructions and form.

District of Arizona

The US District Court for the District of Arizona added Jury Evidence Recording Systems (JERS) information.
