DC Circuit

District of Columbia

Effective June 12, 2014, there is a $100.00 fee for the filing of a Motion to Appear Pro Hac Vice. Payment can be made by credit or debit card using pay.gov during the filing of the motion.

Second Circuit

Northern District of New York

The US District Court for the Northern District of New York posted a general order presenting a plan for the administration and operation of the attorney admission/non-appropriated funds account.

Southern District of New York

The US District Court for the Southern District of New York issued a notice announcing that the Board of Judges adopted Local Rule 83.10, which governs how certain § 1983 cases against the City of New York are managed.

Fifth Circuit

Eastern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas issued a general order amending local rules CV-79, CR-49 and CR-55.

Seventh Circuit

Northern District of Illinois

Judge Marvin E. Aspen changed his information page. He now requires courtesy copies of all filings to be provided to his Courtroom Deputy in Room 2516A within twenty-four (24) hours of electronic filing.
