The US Department of Treasury (Treasury) has published the list of countries currently boycotting Israel.
On August 27, 2014, the US Department of Treasury (Treasury) published the following list of countries that currently boycott Israel, all of which are members of the Arab League:
  • Iraq.
  • Kuwait.
  • Lebanon.
  • Qatar.
  • Saudi Arabia.
  • Syria.
  • United Arab Emirates.
  • Yemen.
The Arab League boycott of Israeli goods and services is the most prevalent unsanctioned boycott that triggers the application of US Antiboycott laws. Collectively, these laws penalize US individuals and companies that participate in or cooperate with foreign boycotts that are not sanctioned by the US government. These laws also contain stringent reporting requirements and impose significant criminal, civil and tax penalties for non-compliance.
