This is a Standard Document for a schedule of pending and threatened lawsuits against the debtor or its property. The schedule must be filed on the petition date as an attachment to the debtor's declaration in support of the Chapter 11 cases under Southern District of New York (SDNY) Local Bankruptcy Rule 1007-2. The schedule is also used for the creditor matrix for providing notice of the bankruptcy case.
