A Practice Note describing the requirements under section 1102(b)(3) of the Bankruptcy Code for the creditors' committee to give non-member creditors information about, and solicit comments about, a Chapter 11 case. This Note describes the scope of the committee's information sharing requirement, and the procedures that the committee is obligated to implement to fulfill these obligations.
