Following adoption of the Rules of Procedure (Rules) for the Unified Patent Court (UPC) by the UPC Preparatory Committee at its meeting on 19 October 2015, they have been published on the UPC website. The Preparatory Committee adopted the 18th draft of the Rules which was published in July 2015. However, the level of fees set by the Rules has still to be agreed.

A Practical Law Practice note covering all aspects of the UPC organisation and procedure, including the Rules, is currently in preparation.
