In Docket No 1 U 76/14, the Higher Regional Court of Cologne dealt with the question of whether the state courts are competent to decide on a claim for damages arising out of an unconscionably obtained arbitral award. The court also dealt with the question of when an arbitral award on costs is unconscionably obtained.
