Alternative non-contractual bonus clauses for inclusion in an employment contract (for example, the Employment contract for a junior employee or the Employment contract for a senior employee) where there is no separate bonus schedule. The first alternative is a non-contractual bonus clause where the employer reserves an absolute discretion.
