Directions issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 69(1) of the Pensions Act 2004, relating to the requirement for trustees and employers to report certain scheme-related and employer-related events.
These directions were updated in April 2009 following amendments made to the notifiable events regime by the Pensions Regulator (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2009 (SI 2009/617). (Subscribers should note that, although they have been updated, the directions are still entitled "Version 1 dated 6 April 2005".)
