Advice to a witness on procedure at a final hearing in the employment tribunal

A standard letter informing a witness in an employment tribunal claim of what they need to do before the final hearing, what they should take to the tribunal with them, the procedure on arrival at the tribunal and during the hearing.

This letter explains the procedure at a final hearing under the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
