On 26 November 2007, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) published for consultation its draft Annual Plan for 2009-09. This sets out the OFT's proposals for its approach to its work over the next financial year. In particular, it explains the OFT's plans for action in its current key focus areas of prioritisation, transparency and performance evaluation.
