FTC challenges patent holder's conduct under unfairness authority | Practical Law

On 23 January 2008, the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced a proposed settlement with Negotiated Data Solutions LLC (N-Data) for allegedly engaging in unfair methods of competition and unfair acts or practices in violation of section 5 of the FTC Act.
