An update on the draft legislation, published by HMRC on 6 February 2009, intended to align record-keeping requirements and time limits for environmental taxes, insurance premium tax, stamp duty land tax, stamp duty reserve tax, inheritance tax and petroleum revenue tax with the rules set out in Schedules 37 and 39 to the Finance Act 2008.
