An update on the publication of Global Rules for Accelerated Commercial Arbitration by the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution.
The International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR) has published Global Rules for Accelerated Commercial Arbitration, which establish a procedure for resolving commercial disputes in an expeditious manner. The new Rules can be used in administered or non-administered arbitrations and are designed to be suitable for different jurisdictions and legal cultures. They contemplate that disputes will be resolved within six months unless the parties agree otherwise or the Rules otherwise provide.
The Rules are accompanied by appendices containing sample clauses, forms and protocols.
