A note providing guidance on drafting, negotiating and using business-to-business terms and conditions for the supply of services. The note considers both pro-supplier and pro-customer terms and conditions.

NOTE: Please note that these materials are currently being updated to reflect the Collective Redundancies and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 (SI 2014/16) which come into force on 31 January 2014. The new Regulations amend the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246).
