In Jacobs v Motor Insurers Bureau [2010] EWCA Civ 1208, the Court of Appeal considered whether Rome II applied to a claim for compensation from the Motor Insurers Bureau.
NB: Permission to appeal this decision to the Supreme Court was granted on 15 February 2011.
