An update on an opinion by the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York denying Lehman's Rule 60(b) motion for relief from the court's section 363 sale order and denying in part Barclays' motion to compel delivery of certain Lehman assets under a clarification letter that had not been approved by the court.
