Child housed under Housing Act 1996 was "looked after" (Court of Appeal)

In R (TG) v London Borough of Lambeth [2011] EWCA Civ 526, the Court of Appeal held that a child provided with accommodation under the Housing Act 1996 was a "former relevant child" for the purposes of the Children Act 1989.
