PLC Arbitration has updated it table of Institutional statistics to include 2010 figures that are currently available from nine different arbitral institutions. The numbers of new cases, in general, are down on 2009, but the institutions are still reporting impressive numbers. The SIAC reported the largest rise with 198 cases in 2010, compared to 160 in the previous year. The AAA/ICDR also reported an increase, with 888 new cases in 2010, compared to 836 in 2009.
