Honigman Miller: Detroit Prohibits Criminal Background Questions on Most Job Applications for City Contractors | Practical Law

This Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP memorandum discusses a new City of Detroit ordinance that prohibits city contractors from inquiring about a job applicant’s criminal background before they conduct an in-person interview.
