The International Chamber of Commerce Court is to open an office in New York. (Free access.)
The International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Court) has announced that it will open a New York office, with the aim of increasing the ICC's presence in the US. The new office will make the ICC Court's Secretariat services directly available to parties, counsel and arbitrators in that region. A case management team will administer cases in the region under the ICC Rules of Arbitration.
The ICC Court has previously opened a Secretariat office in Hong Kong and a representative office in Singapore (see Legal updates, ICC opens Hong Kong centre and New integrated dispute resolution complex opens in Singapore).
