On 16 March 2012, on the eve of its one year anniversary, the Scottish Arbitration Centre launched a new quarterly e-newsletter. The e-Newsletter includes a section on recent cases under the Arbitration (Scotland) Act 2010 and also contains links to recent Centre news and events.

The first e-newsletter reports on a successful first year, including the establishment of a credible Centre to facilitate ad hoc arbitrations, the promotion of Scotland as a place to arbitrate and the hosting of a number of successful events.
