PLC Property understands that the parties to the appeal against the decision in Avocet Industrial Estates LLP v Merol and another [2011] EWHC 3422 (Ch) have reached an agreement in court. The Court of Appeal will not therefore deliver a substantive judgment on the High Court decision.
