This Legal Update reports on significant changes to the local and federal rules and procedures for all US federal district and appellate courts between April 24 and April 30, 2013. US Supreme Court
The US Supreme Court has adopted a revised version of its Rules of Court, which will take effect on July 1, 2013. The Court has provided an explanation of the revisions.
