COREPER endorses Council and European Parliament agreement on draft regulation on financial responsibility for ISDS | Practical Law

On 4 April 2014, the Permanent Representative Committee (COREPER), endorsed the agreement reached between the Council and the European Parliament on the text of a draft regulation on managing financial responsibility for investor-state dispute settlement proceedings. The Council and the European Parliament had come to the agreement on the draft regulation on 2 April 2014.
