Magistrate Judge Jay C. Gandhi updated his procedures and schedules, to reflect that mandatory chambers copies of electronic documents should now be left on the sixth floor.
The US District Court for the District of Oregon updated its rules for attorney admission and pro hac vice admission.
Eleventh Circuit
Middle District of Florida
Judge Paul G. Byron amended his case and trial management preferences with respect to his cell phone policy, exhibits and exhibit lists, and pre-trial conferences.
