Bilateral trade: European Commission adopts Communication on transparency in TTIP negotiations | Practical Law

On 25 November 2014, the European Trade Commissioner adopted a Communication on transparency in the bilateral negotiations for a Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), as part of an initiative which also includes the adoption of two Commission Decisions setting out transparency rules for meetings of high-ranking civil servants with lobbyists.
