The US Patent and Trademark office (USPTO) announced a revised fee schedule for Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) fees to foreign offices.
On December 2, 2014, the USPTO announced a revised fee schedule. The revisions include advance notice on the upcoming decreases of Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) fees to Foreign Offices. The changes will take effect January 1, 2015.
