This Legal Update reports on significant changes to the local rules and procedures for all US federal district courts and appellate courts between March 11 and 17, 2015. It also reports on changes to the individual practice rules for the judges in select district courts during this period.
First Circuit
District of New Hampshire
The U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire announced that it increased its megabyte limit on PDF documents filed in ECF to 10 megabytes. The court also no longer requires that PDF documents exceeding 15 megabytes be filed conventionally.
Second Circuit
Southern District of New York
The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York released a request for certificate of good standing or wall certificate form.

Northern District of Texas
