In decision 4A_676/2014, the Swiss Supreme Court considered a petition to set aside an award where the petitioner had argued that the arbitral tribunal had wrongfully declined jurisdiction in a case where the agreement referred to "the provisions and statutes of the International Chamber of Commerce, Zürich" but contained no reference to arbitration or settlement of disputes.
