The Hong Kong SAR and the Macau SAR each recently signed an agreement on trade in services to supplement the Hong Kong and Macau versions of the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA). The agreements further liberalize China's restrictions on market entry and the provision of cross border services for qualified Hong Kong and Macau service providers.
