A letter informing a neutral union representing a company's employees that the company is reestablishing a reserved gate system to effectively confine a union's picketing of an employer on the premises it owns or manages to designated areas after a reserved gate system was contaminated by persons using the wrong entrance. This Standard Document applies only to private workplaces but may be useful for public sector employers with private sector contractors, suppliers, or tenants. It is based on interpretations of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
