CFDA issues new rules on health food registration and record-filing | Practical Law

The China Food and Drug Administration has issued new measures governing domestic and imported health foods and health food supplements. The rules establish a bifurcated system where a product is subject to a registration procedure or a faster and less onerous record-filing procedure. The new measures will take effect from 1 July 2016.
