A Regulated Information Service (that is, a Regulated Information Service approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (www.practicallaw.com/5-107-5761) (FCA) as meeting the Criteria for Regulated Information Services and that is on the list of Regulated Information Services maintained by the FCA).
An incoming information society service (www.practicallaw.com/8-201-8594), established in an EEA (www.practicallaw.com/0-107-6555) state other than the UK, that disseminates regulated information (www.practicallaw.com/2-209-4958) in accordance with the minimum standards set out in Article 12 of the TD implementing Directive (www.practicallaw.com/9-209-5959).
