UK implementation of the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD)

The Capital Requirements Directive (2006/48/EC and 2006/49/EC) (CRD) came into force on 1 January 2007. This practice note looks at how the FSA and HM Treasury have implemented the CRD in the UK.
