Pointon York Group plc v Poulton, 13 July 2006 (Court of Appeal).
The Court of Appeal was asked to consider whether the continued use of car parking spaces by a tenant could constitute "occupation for the purposes of a business", allowing the tenant to renew under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
