OCS Group Limited v Taylor UKEAT/0803/04/MAA | Practical Law

In OCS Group Limited v Taylor the EAT upheld the tribunal's decision that an employee who was unable to participate in a disciplinary hearing on account of his profound deafness had been unfairly dismissed and that the employer had failed to make reasonable adjustments for his disability in the disciplinary process. It also allowed the employee's cross-appeal that his dismissal was for a reason which related to his disability.
