PLC Dispute Resolution has updated Practice notes, High Court fees from 1 October 2007: a quick guide and County Court fees from 1 October 2007: a quick guide in light of amendments to the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2004 (SI 2004/3121) (as amended by SI 2007/2176 and SI 2007/2801).

The amendments are small, the principal one being that all references to "listing questionnaire" are changed to "pre-trial checklist".
