Delaware statute governing limited partnerships (LPs) which can be found in Chapter 17 of Title 6 of the Delaware Code. A limited partnership is a partnership having two or more persons, including one or more general partners and one or more limited partners. It covers, among other things, laws relating to the formation, and relationship among the partners of an LP and distributions and withdrawal.
