Survey on the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence | Practical Law
The International Bar Association has circulated a survey on the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Commercial Arbitration. A subcommittee, which is going to study how the rules are being applied and whether any revisions are necessary, is seeking feedback from the arbitration community and corporate counsel.
