An update on the Information Tribunal's decision in Cabinet Office v Information Commissioner, 27 January 2009, in which the tribunal upheld the Information Commissioner's decision ordering the release under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 of Cabinet minutes relating to military action in Iraq.
