The High Court has held in R (PM) v Hertfordshire County Council [2010] EWHC 2056 (Admin) that Hertfordshire should not have relied on the findings of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration & Asylum Chamber) as to the age of the claimant; it should have conducted its own reassessment.
