The First-tier Tribunal (Information Rights), allowing an appeal by the BBC, has ruled that information concerning the actual sum paid by the BBC to a taxi company was exempt under section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. (BBC v Information Commissioner, EA/2010/0150, 11 April 2011.)
