ICE Conditions of Contract replaced by Infrastructure Conditions of Contract | Practical Law

Following the announcement in July 2010 that the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) was withdrawing from its role as a co-sponsor of the ICE Conditions of Contract, with effect from 1 August 2011, the contracts have been replaced by the Infrastructure Conditions of Contract.
