The First-tier Tribunal (Information Rights) has upheld a decision notice published by the Information Commissioner, holding that information requested (relating to teaching staff that had been convicted, cautioned or charged under the Sexual Offences Act 2003) should not be disclosed under the exemption set out in section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
