The Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) launched a consultation on an interim cost control mechanism for the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) and announced the second phase of the Renewable Heat Premium Payment (RHPP) scheme, and a further delay in introducing the domestic RHI until 2013, on 26 March 2012.
