EU-Canada customs co-operation: European Commission adopts proposal for Council Decision on the signing of the Agreement with regard to supply chain security matters | Practical Law

The European Commission, on 28 March 2012, adopted a proposal for a Council Decision on the signing, on behalf of the EU, the Agreement between the EU and Canada on customs co-operation with respect to matters related to supply chain security. With this Agreement, the EU and Canada will expand their customs co-operation to cover supply chain security and related risk management.

The European Commission, on 28 March 2012, adopted a proposal for a Council Decision on the signing, on behalf of the EU, the Agreement between the EU and Canada on customs co-operation with respect to matters related to supply chain security.
