Nuclear stress tests: European Commission and European Nuclear Safety Regulators Group endorse Stress Test Report | Practical Law

On 26 April 2012, the national European regulators and the European Commission as the European Nuclear Safety Regulators Group (ENSREG) adopted a Stress Test Report, based on the results of the third phase of the stress tests. Beside the adoption of the Stress Test Report, the European Commission and ENSREG agreed to continue with safety improvements of nuclear power plants and do a follow up to cover additional safety aspects.
